Since 1992, the Caveau des Arches
has offered a menu that continues
Burgundy's renowned culinary tradition.
A fresh, tasty cuisine is served in
an authentic setting.
And for the past few years, the restaurant

the Michelin Guide.
This ancient 15th-century wine-cellar
is a perfect setting for its cuisine.
